Taking into consideration that one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 19.06.2014 without having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014.
