The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further contended that there is case and counter case between the parties. On perusal of the case diary, it is apparent that there is no injury upon the informant and others.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5258 of 2020(3) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 It is further contended that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26163 of 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - cum- Sub Judge - XII, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
