The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death and petitioner happens to be Nanad of the deceased.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Chandan Jha. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

No.8076 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dalsinghsarai in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
