Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of some mistake on the part of learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel could not attend the court on call and consequently C.W.J.C. No.11970/2011 was dismissed for non-prosecution on 13.07.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the Restoration petition is allowed and C.W.J.C. No.11970/2011 is restored to its original file.
