The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20, 22, 23 and 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

From a four wheeler, 4.5 Kg of ganja and a pistol along with live cartridges were recovered. From physical possession of the petitioner who was travelling in the said vehicle, only a mobile phone was recovered. Others were also in the said vehicle. Petitioner has got a long list of criminal cases against him. Petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2020. Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17639 of 2021(3) dt.07-10-2021 2/2 bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 22 of 2020 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
