The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392, 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Pramod Yadav and Prakash Yadav. The petitioner is in jail since 13.02.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. Parade. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea in Sessions Trial No. 314 of 2015 arising out of Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 14/2014.
