JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent District Magistrate, Patna to take final decision with regard to grant of N.P. Bore Revolver/Pistol license to the petitioner herein for which the petitioner has filed an application as far back as in the year 2015, however, a fresh application has also been filed on 11.10.2018, according to the new Rules but the case of the petitioner for grant of arms license has not been disposed off till date.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.382 of 2018(3) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Patna to dispose off the pending application of the petitioner for grant of arms license, if not already disposed off, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
