JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 430 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. Petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2022.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 430 of 2022.
