In view of the report of learned Additional Sessions Judge I, Sheohar, with regard to session trial no. 58 of 2011 arising out of Shyampur Bhathahan P.S.Case No. 27 of 2010, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of being not pressed. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of being not pressed.

However, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, I, Sheohar must dispose of the above stated case within the time as fixed by him in his report.
