Petitioners are said to have harvested opium plant in their respective fields but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and having more or less similar allegation co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gaya in connection with
