JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No.110 of 2019 arising out of Patrakar-Nagar P.S. Case No. 711 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20, 22 and 24 of N.D.P.S. Act. Allegation is that there is a recovery of 80 puria of Ganja from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the amount of Ganja recovered is 200 grams which is less than the small quantity. He is in custody for about 5 months and charge-sheet has already been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
