Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of the selection in question of Angan Bari Sevika for Ward No 13 of Gram Panchayat - Teyap in the district of Aurangabad, petitioner would be approaching the Child Development Project Officer by making a proper application under the Guidelines dated 27.05.2019 as the earlier application (Annexure 3) is not as per the Guidelines.

Respondent No 5 would be obliged to consider such application in accordance with law.
