JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have given Khanti blow causing head injury to the informant, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bithan P.S.Case No. 65 of 2019, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to
