JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 The only surving grievance of the petitioner is regarding revision of family pension on the basis of 6th Pay Revision Committee recommendations and payment of part amount of outstanding G.P.F.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.1 and 6 for redressal of the aforesaid grievances by making appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from
Patna High Court CWJC No.2660 of 2019(4) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 today, whereupon the respondents no. 1 and 6 would do the needful regarding revision of family pension and payment of the outstanding amount of G.P.F., respectively, by passing a reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
