Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case two passengers were pick pocketed. The petitioner was apprehended as he disclosed that if they would spent some money he might got the money and from the possession of the petitioner Identity Card, Pan Card, Two mobiles and two pieces of blades were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovered articles were not stolen one. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner committed pick pocketing.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38425 of 2014 (3) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 Petitioner is in jail since 10.05.2014 i.e. for the last more than seven months.

Having considered the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul (Lakhisarai) in G.R.P. Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 13/14 (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) M.Rahman/- U T
