JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Heard Mr. Kiran Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC 8 for the Respondent-State. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent Authority to conduct an enquiry with regard to certificate issued by Kameshwar Singh, Darbhanga Sanskrit University for Navin Uttar Madhyama, in favour of private Respondent No.5. The petitioner claims that

Since the petitioner has neither the locus standi to maintain the present writ application nor he has made any complain to employer of Respondent No.5 with regard to his forged educational certificate, this Court is not inclined to interfere.
