The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 386 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others demanded extortion, but it is submitted that the house of the petitioner standing over Plot Nos. 1630, 1631, 1632, 1633 and 1634 measuring 1 Katha 10 Dhurs, belongs to the mother of the petitioner. The informant was offering Rs. 25,00,000/- to purchase the aforesaid land from her mother and got fraudulent sale deed in existence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40230 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
