2. The application for restoration has been filed on 22.01.2025 i.e. within the period of limitation.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the learned counsel for the petitioners inadvertently missed the date of hearing of the aforesaid writ petition and therefore, no step would be taken when it was listed.
4. For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the present restoration application is allowed and Cr.W.J.C. No.1431 of 2022 is restored to its original file.
5. The petitioners are directed to notify the respondents about restoration of this case and after notification the matter be listed for hearing.
