"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ for direction to the respondent authorities to conduct a further investigation in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S Case No. 63/2021 dated 04.04.2021 registered under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 34 of I.P.C in a proper and fair manner and for further direction as the present case has investigated in a most perfunctory and unfair manner and thereby offends petitioner fundamental right guaranteed under article 21 of the Constitution of India.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ for stay the proceedings in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S Case No. 63/2021 dated 04.04.2021

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.190 of 2026(2) dt.02-07-2026 2/2 registered under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 34 of I.P.C during pendency of this present writ application.

(iii) For issuance of any other appropriate order/orders, direction/directions, relief/ reliefs as your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a passover.

Learned counsel for the State respondents submits that the learned trial Court vide order dated 14.02.2023 took cognizance for the offence against the petitioner and other co-accused persons in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 63 of 2021. Thereafter, charges have been framed by the learned trail Court vide order dated 19.12.2023 against the petitioner and other co-accused persons.

4. In the light of aforementioned development, the present writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is disposed of.
