Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Liquor was recovered from an auto rickshaw.

Submission is that the petitioner was a passenger only. He had no knowledge about the liquor. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete.

Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
