Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 414, 341, 323, 353, 379, 307, 337, 504, 506(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman. The informant alleges that during course of patrolling, he got information that Tuntun Nut and Afimachi Nat, who were wanted in NDPS case, were present in the house, accordingly, the house was raided. It is alleged that there was fog and female folk shouted "Thief Thief" on which about 50 male and female gathered and they started pelting stone on the raiding team and taking advantage of the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case as the allegation against her is general and omnibus in nature and she came to be implicated because she is wife of Afimachi Nat. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 21 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
