1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioner prays for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for quashing the order which contain in memo no. 2170 dated 28.12.2019 by which the complain of the petitioner has been rejected on technical ground considering the directives which contain in letter no. 6263 dated 25.09.2019 however the selection has been made under the directives of 2016.

The petitioner further prays for quashing of order dated 30.09.2021 passed by the appellate authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.2422 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 in appeal no. 2/2020 by which order of the District Program Officer has been affirm.

The petitioner further prays for quashing of order dated 04.07.2023 by the divisional commissioner in ICDS- 29/2022, which has been rejected on technical ground."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
