2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-25(i-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegedly, in absence of the petitioner, his house was searched and one country-made Katta, one country-made pistol, 16 live cartridges, 17 pieces of cartridges and one empty cartridge are said to have been recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. In absence of the petitioner, his house was raided and on search, one country-made Katta, one country-made

The petitioner is not involved in any case of similar nature. He is under incarceration since 1909-2024. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances coupled with the period of custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S.
