2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No.368 of 2023 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand by the petitioner and his family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband. He next

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10276 of 2024(2) dt.21-02-2024 2/2 submits that the specific allegation of demand of dowry made by co-accused Raushan Kumar Singh and not against this petitioner. Petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 02.09.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P) P.S.
