It is alleged that amount in question was given to coaccused Lalit Kumar @ Mishra in the year 2006 and the complaint case was filed in the year 2012 and thereafter, present case was registered.

Moreover, main accused Lalit Kumar @ Mishra has already been granted bail by learned Addl. Sessions Judge I, Khagaria in BA no. 549/2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Beldaur P.S. Case no. 175/2012.
