Although the writ petition was filed questioning the order of suspension but Mr. Verma learned counsel for the petitioner while producing an order bearing Memo No.1439 dated 9.9.2016 of the District Panchayat Raj Officer, East Champaran submits that the order of suspension has since been revoked rendering the issue infructuous.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Let the order of revocation be kept on record in the present proceeding.
