Patna High Court CWJC No.12672 of 2016 dt.06-04-2017 2/2 order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Saharsa in Appeal No. 53 of 2015 dated 07.06.2016 but in view of the State Teachers Employment Appellate Authority having been constituted which has also started functioning, permission be granted to withdraw the writ petition for preferring an appeal before such Authority.

Learned counsel for the State does not object. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

If such appeal is filed within one month from today, along with a copy of this order, the State Appellate Authority shall consider the matter on merit.
