Petitioner seeks bail in Muffassil P.S. Case No.156 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 467, 468/34 Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(K)(Gh) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 350 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the house of petitioner. Petitioner was not present at the time of raid.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. Case No.156 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
