Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and in course of investigation, witnesses supported the prosecution story, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 476/2011 stands rejected.

However, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria/ concerned court must commit the case of the petitioner to the court of sessions within three weeks in accordance with law from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has not been committed to the court of
