2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioners for the offences alleged under Sections 303(2) and 317(2) of the BNS and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018, registered in connection with Barhara P.S.case No. 233 of 2024.
3. The petitioners are alleged to be involved in illegal trade of liquor.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the entire allegation is false and fabricated and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner no.2 Ajay Paswan @ Ajay Kumar @ Satyam Shivam Paswan be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1st Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barhara P.S.Case No. 233 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:-
1. Petitioner no.2 shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
2. Before accepting the bail bond, the criminal antecedents of petitioner no.2 shall be verified by the court below.
6. So far as petitioner no.1 Indal Kumar @ Indal Yadav is concerned, he is involved in several cases of similar nature. Therefore, he is not entitled for the privilege of bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
