The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant suspects that this petitioner alongwith other accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has not supported the prosecution case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and clean antecedent of petitioner, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8094 of 2023(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. VI, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 568 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
