The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The case of robbery in a petrol pump was registered against unknown. The petitioner was arrested and is said to have confessed before the police. Save and except the confession, there is no tangible material against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 08.06.2015 and has not been put on test identification parade as yet.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Minapur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2015.
