The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 44 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 (Amended). Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that the alleged recovery has been made from the vehicle which is registered in the name of the petitioner. Hence, petitioner does not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
