JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 753 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 447, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B), 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of assault to the informant and his son by iron rod. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is land dispute between the parties and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this

Case No. 753 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
