JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1125 of 2019 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.345 of 2019. for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioners. The allegation is general and omnibus. The Petitioners are in custody since 23.09.2019.

Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against 16 persons, let the petitioners, above named,

No.8301 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge 7 Danapur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1125 of 2019 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.345 of 2019.

Bailors shall be the local residents.
