The alleged recovery was made beneath the seat of train and not from conscious possession of the petitioner. Furthermore, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and there is nothing on the record to show that after being released on bail, the petitioner shall involve himself in such type of cases. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway
