2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 13.04.2016 (Annexure -5) passed in connection with Basgit Parcha Case No. 47 of 2007 (Ram Babu Rai Vers. The State of Bihar & Others) by the Respondent No. 2 by which the Respondent No. 2 was pleased to hold "

(ii) To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 15.11.2002/02.12.2002 (Annexure -2) passed in connection with Basgit Parcha Case No.

07 of 2002-03) by the Respondent No. 4, by which the Respondent No. 4 granted Parcha in favour of Banke Jha observing therein "

An accordingly, under Sub-Rule 5 of Rule 5 of B.P.P.H.T Rules, 1948, Basgit Parcha was issued in favour of Banke Jha on 16.05.2000 (Annexure- 4).

(iii) To set-a-side the orders dated 13.04.2016 (Annexure -5) passed in connection with Basgit Parcha Case No. 47 of 2007 (Ram Babu Rai Vers. The State of Bihar & Others) and dated 15.11.2002/02.12.2002 (Annexure -2) passed in connection with Basgit Parcha Case No.

07 of 2002-03), as the petitioner purchased the lands in question by virtue of registered sale deed on 28.12.2006 (Annexure 1) executed by Shri Ramashraya Ishwar, S/o Late Ratilal Ishwar bearing lands situated in Tauzi No. 286, Khata No. 448, Plot No. - 2047.

(iv). Any other relief or reliefs.

3. Since earlier also, no one appeared and despite the name of Mr. Rajeev Ranjan and Mr. Sachin Kumar appearing in the cause list, dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U
