Petitioners are in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 28 of 2019 arising out of Sikrahata P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case total nine liters of liquor was seized. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 5.1.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
