2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiation of a contempt proceeding and for punishing the opposite parties for

Patna High Court MJC No.54 of 2018(2) dt.12-03-2026 2/2 wilful disobedience and non compliance of the order dated 03.10.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14143 of 2014 by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Prabhat Kumar Jha (J).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and as such he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
