2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 379/411 IPC registered in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No. 93/2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged theft of Government iron pipe loaded on the tractor. The petitioner is the driver of the tractor, but had no knowledge of the nature of goods being stolen. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as recovery of the Government iron pipes from the tractor of which the petitioner is the driver, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
