The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation some of the witnesses only suspected the hands of the petitioner. The co-accused, Prince Kumar @ Dablu Kumar and Rahul Kumar @ Aman Kumar confessed their guilt and disclosed the name of petitioner. Save and except confessional statement of co-accused the police did not collect any tangible material.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Madhepura (Ghailardh) P.S. Case No. 675/2014.
