2.For the reasons stated in the application read with the affidavit short delay of about 20 days stands condoned.

3. I.A. No. 01 of 2020 stands allowed.

4. Appellant has assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 26.11.2018 passed in C.W.J.C No. 13240 of 2016.

5. In C.W.J.C. No. 13240 of 2016 appellant has

Patna High Court L.P.A No.191 of 2019 dt.27-06-2024 2/2 assailed the order of punishment passed in the year 2006. There is an enormous delay of about almost one decade insofar as questioning the penalty order passed in the year 2006 the same has been taken note of by the learned single judge and proceeded to dismiss the petition.

6.It is also noticed that appellant - Arjun Jha stated to have died on 17.11.2022. We are in the month of June 2024 and till date there is no interlocutory application for substitution followed by interlocutory application to set aside the abatement proceedings. Resultantly, even on this score the present L.P.A. stands dismissed while affirming the order of the learned single Judge dated 26.11.2018 passed in C.W.J.C No. 13240 of 2016.
