Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 18, 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Ten Kg. of Ganja was recovered from beneath the birth of a bus on which there persons including the petitioner were travelling. Two others have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26349 of 2021 (Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit). The same reason would be applicable in the matter of the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17844 of 2021(4) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 42 of 2020 arising out of Pakridayal Police Station Case No. 229 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
