JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 The learned counsel for the respondent Nagar Parishad, Madhubani submits that all the outstanding retiral dues of the petitioner are ready for payment and the petitioner has to only furnish the I.D. account number whereupon the payment shall be made within a week.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would definitely furnish the I.D. account number within a week and the respondent Nagar Parishad, Madhubani be directed to make payment of the admitted outstanding retiral dues of the petitioner.

It is directed accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate Interlocutory Application for
