1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 13327 of 2015, which got dismissed due to noncompliance of the peremptory order, dated 20.12.2022.

3. For the reasons stated in this application, the same is allowed and the connected case, bearing C.W.J.C. No. 13327 of 2015, is restored to its original file, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remove the remaining defects and/or any correction in the petition by way of filing supplementary affidavit, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, within two weeks.
