The petitioner alleges that this Court's order dated 03.02.2016, passed in MJC No. 953 of 2015 has not been complied with.

On careful perusal of the said order dated 03.02.2016, it is evident that there was no specific direction to the

Patna High Court MJC No.2644 of 2017(7) dt.02-02-2022 2/2 respondents which they have failed to comply with. In my view, no case for proceeding under the Contempt of Courts Act is made out.

This contempt proceeding is accordingly dropped. It is again reiterated that the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach the authorities if, according to her, she is entitled to received more amount than what has been paid to her. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Rajesh/- U
