Statement of victim was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C on 18.9.2015 and in the aforesaid statement, she, specifically, stated that she left her home by her own sweet will and she was not kidnapped by anyone. Victim was major at the time of alleged occurrence.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bidupur P.S. Case no. 224/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
