Petitioners seek bail in P.R. Case No.108 of 2018 bearing Misc. Excise Case No.899 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioners were detained on border by SSB on suspicion and on search total 104.400 litres Nepali liquor has been recovered. Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 22.12.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise, Supaul, in connection with P.R. Case No.108 of 2018 bearing Misc. Excise Case No.899 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
