These petitions are for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 395,328 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that Munna Singh gave his fardbeyan that on 02.06.2014 while he was going on his truck bearing registration no. WB-37B-7145 after loading Maida along with his assistant driver, some 4-5 unknown persons overtook his truck and they administered some medicines to them, due to which, they became unconscious and thereafter the miscreants took away cash of Rs.20,000/- and mobiles from the informant and his assistant driver. It is also alleged that the miscreants also snatched away Rs. 230/- from the assistant driver and subsequently, they fled away after taking away his truck.
It is submitted that there is nothing against the petitioners, except the confessional statement. It is further submitted that neither any recovery has been made nor the

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Amas P.S.
