The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 477 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case allegation against this petitioner, (who is aged about 70 years) is that he was instrumentally assaulted the husband, father-in-law and one Purnima Devi. There is omnibus allegation against this petitioner. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2018 and similarly circumstanced coaccused Rajesh Kumar, Mukesh Kumar, Guna Devi and Minu Devi have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

No.6798 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 477 of 2017.
